AG orders Tacoma window seller to be transparent in its marketing
The Washington Attorney General's Office
continued its efforts to clear up alleged deceptive marketing practices
among window sellers by reaching a settlement this week with Energy
Exteriors of Tacoma.
The office has reached similar settlements with West Coast Vinyl, Harley Exteriors, Penguin Windows and Evans Glass in recent months.
